I understand that as a CSA Member with Blazing Star Flowers, I am a participant in both the bounty and risks of the farming season. I understand that even with experience and good planning, nature may affect the contents of weekly harvests.

I understand that refunds are not available for CSA memberships after purchase. My share may be transferred to someone else upon approval.

I understand that the farm's harvest schedule is based on my pick-up or delivery selection at sign-up. I'm responsible for picking up my weekly share at the agreed upon time and place. If I am not able to do so, someone else may pick up on my behalf and I will inform them of pick-up procedures. I understand that any shares not picked up may be donated.
