It's dahlia season! Come spend a relaxing afternoon at Blazing Star Flowers. Learn while having fun immersed in flowers with other enthusiasts. Take in fall mountain views and tour our small farm located at the 140-acre SAHC Community Farm. See our late season flower fields and learn about our sustainable growing methods. Watch a demonstration in which you'll learn general design principals and how to use floral foam-free mechanics. Next you'll create your own centerpiece in a lovely vintage-inspired compote vase to take home with you. Guidance will be given but students are encouraged to expresss their own personal style. All levels of experience are welcome. Small group size. Light seasonal refreshments will be provided. Cost includes all tools and materials.
